Terms of Service

Last updated: October 16, 2026
By creating an account or using SukunaHosting, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service

SukunaHosting provides managed hosting panels for eligible Python applications, Node.js applications, bots, websites and static content. Features, limits, availability and plan terms may change as the service develops.

2. Acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully and responsibly. You may not host malware, phishing pages, credential theft tools, spam, abusive automation, illegal content, copyright-infringing material, cryptocurrency mining, denial-of-service tools, or content intended to harm people or systems.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your account credentials, uploaded code, environment variables and activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords or expose secrets in public repositories. We may suspend accounts that threaten the service or other users.

4. Resources and plans

Free and paid plans have the RAM, disk, CPU, validity and renewal limits shown on the platform. Resource limits are shared fairly and must not be bypassed. Expired or suspended panels may be removed according to the displayed renewal policy.

5. Availability and backups

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important files. We may perform maintenance, security updates or infrastructure changes.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate abuse, limit resources, suspend or delete accounts and cooperate with lawful requests. Where practical, we may notify you through the dashboard or support system.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, SukunaHosting is not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, service interruptions or damage caused by user-uploaded code.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the platform changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. For questions, use the in-dashboard support system or contact us through the official support channel.
